HOW HE STARTED CALISTHENICS AND HIS PROGRESSION JOURNEY

Fatih’s interest in sports gradually increased over the years. He began his athletic journey with fitness; however, over time he realized that calisthenics—with its combination of strength and skill—was better suited to him.

In the early stages, his training process was largely based on trial and error. As time passed, his perspective on movement evolved; instead of focusing on repetition counts, he shifted his attention toward learning movements correctly and maintaining control. This approach significantly accelerated his progress.

Today, as an athlete who continues to learn, he carries on his calisthenics journey with the same discipline and dedication.

PHILOSOPHY AND MINDSET

For Fatih, sports are not just a physical activity; but a process where discipline, patience and mental development come together.

Rather than chasing big goals in a short amount of time, he prioritizes making small but clear improvements every day. He acknowledges that motivation can fluctuate at times, but believes that consistency should never be compromised.

TRAINING SYSTEM AND FOCUS

Fatih trains with a calisthenics-focused routine five days a week. His training system is largely built around skill development.
Especially the movements he focuses on:
 Planche
 Front Lever
 Muscle-Up
 Handstand
He plans his strength training to directly support these skills. Instead of training randomly, he adopts a controlled, conscious and long-term approach.

PREFERRED EQUIPMENT

Progress in calisthenics doesn’t come from random attempts; it comes from building foundational strength and technique in the right order.
