SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping is free for orders of 1,000 TL and above within Turkey. For orders below 1,000 TL, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout.
For international orders, shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and shown automatically during checkout.
Orders placed on weekdays are dispatched on the same day or within a maximum of 3 business days.

All payments are processed through the Paratika POS infrastructure.
All payments are protected by a 256-bit SSL security certificate. Your card details are never stored by BARVORE®.
WARRANTY & PRODUCT QUALITY
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product category. Equipment is covered by a manufacturing defect warranty of up to 3 months, while textile and accessory products are covered by a limited manufacturing defect warranty.

Damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, deterioration caused by intensive use and products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons are not covered under warranty. Full details are available on our “Warranty Policy” page.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our team will respond within 24 hours and guide you through the return process.
For all returns within Turkey, the return shipping cost is covered by BARVORE®.
Once the returned product has been received by us, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
