A new program isn’t always “better”; most of the time, it’s simply newer. Progress depends less on the perfection of the chosen program and more on the ability to stay consistent with it long enough.

Taking every set to failure may feel satisfying in the short term, but it slows progress in the long run. Constant training to failure places unnecessary stress on the nervous system and makes recovery more difficult.
