SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We dispatch all orders within a maximum of 3 business days. From the moment you place your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier, you will be informed throughout the entire process. Once your order is shipped, you can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the confirmation email sent to your email address.

TURKEY

Free shipping is available on orders of 1,000 TRY and above. For orders below 1,000 TRY, the shipping fee is displayed at checkout.

Orders placed on weekdays are shipped the same day or within 3 business days at the latest.

After dispatch, orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.

Domestic orders within Turkey are delivered door-to-door via DHL eCommerce.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are delivered worldwide via UPS & FedEx & DHL.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order is handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are as follows:

•  Europe: 2–5 business days

•  USA/Canada: 3–7 business days

•  Other countries: 5–12 business days

•  Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside of Turkey, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
