RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
You are not required to provide any reason for the return; however, the product must be in a condition suitable for return. Return eligibility may vary depending on usage, hygiene, and product type.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Products damaged due to misuse, impact, improper handling, or incorrect storage conditions.
2. INCOMPLETE OR MISSING ITEMS
Products returned with missing parts, accessories, components, or without their original packaging.
3. HYGIENE & USAGE CONDITIONS
Textile or personal-use products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, including items that have been heavily used, washed, or worn.
4. USAGE-BASED PRODUCTS
Resistance bands, apparel, and body-contact products (wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, etc.) can only be returned if they are unused, with the original sleeve/packaging intact, and undamaged.
Used, stretched, deformed, or hygiene-sensitive products that cannot be resold are not eligible for return.
Returns for liquid chalk products are evaluated only if the original packaging integrity remains fully intact. Products that have been opened, used, or altered due to storage conditions are not eligible for return due to hygiene and product safety considerations.
REFUND
In the event of a return, the product cost will be refunded. The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method.
As shipping is a fulfilled service, shipping fees are not included in standard refunds. In cases where a manufacturing defect is confirmed by us, shipping fees will also be refunded.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To create a return or exchange request, please follow the steps below:
1. Click the “Create Request” button at the bottom of the page.
2. In the return panel that opens:
• The return shipping process
• The shipping code (if applicable)
• All necessary details regarding the return procedure
3. The system will guide you through the required steps.
4. Once your request is submitted, your return process will begin and you will receive the necessary updates.
DOMESTIC ORDERS (TURKEY)
For returns and exchanges within Turkey, once your request is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping code. You can send your item free of charge using this code.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For return and exchange shipments from outside Turkey:
• You may send your items using a shipping carrier of your choice.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
• Any customs duties and additional charges must be fully paid at the time of shipment.
Shipments with unpaid customs duties or any additional charges upon delivery will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
