RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return your product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may submit a return request within this period.
No additional fees will be charged during the return process.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:
1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Products damaged due to misuse, impact, improper handling, or incorrect storage conditions.
2. INCOMPLETE OR MISSING ITEMS
Products returned with missing parts, accessories, components, or without their original packaging.
3. HYGIENE & USAGE CONDITIONS
Textile or personal-use products that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons, including items that have been heavily used, washed, or worn.
4. USAGE-BASED PRODUCTS
Resistance bands, textile products, and body-contact items (such as wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, etc.) may only be returned if unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Used, stretched, deformed, or hygiene-sensitive products that cannot be resold are not eligible for return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return request:
1. Send an email to info@barvore.com
2. In your email, please include:
• The product(s) you wish to return
• Your order number
3. After reviewing your request, we will respond within 24 hours.
In our response email, we will provide:
• The return shipping process
• The shipping code (if applicable)
• All necessary details regarding the return procedure
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed as soon as possible using the original payment method.
